Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains which personal data AI saleslabs processes when you visit our website, fill in a form or contact us through LinkedIn. We handle your data with care and process no more than necessary.

2. What data do we process?

When you fill in a contact or request form: your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, job title and message, insofar as you provide them. We also store the page from which you sent the form and, if you arrived through a campaign, the campaign details from the link (such as “linkedin” as the source).

When you request a download: your name, e-mail address, company name and which download you requested.

When you contact us through a LinkedIn lead form: the details you enter in that form, or that LinkedIn pre-fills with your consent, such as your name, e-mail address, company and job title.

When you visit the website: technical data needed to run the website, such as your IP address in our hosting provider’s server logs. Only with your consent do we collect data about your visit through cookies (Google Analytics) and measure the results of our LinkedIn campaigns. You can read more in our cookie policy.

3. Why do we process your data?

  • To answer your request or question and inform you about the training, session or service you ask about. We do this because you ask us to, and in preparation for a possible agreement.
  • To send you a download you requested and, where relevant, follow up on it. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in staying in touch with people who show interest in our work.
  • To perform an agreement, for example when you take part in one of our trainings.
  • To improve our website and campaigns through statistics and conversion tracking. We only do this with your consent, which you give through the cookie settings and can withdraw at any time.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as the statutory retention period for our accounts.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which we received it.

  • Data from requests, contact forms and downloads is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your question and maintain any business relationship. If the contact does not lead to a collaboration, we delete your data no later than two years after the last contact.
  • Data we need for our accounts, such as invoices, is kept for seven years, as required by law.
  • For cookies, the retention periods in the cookie policy apply.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We use a number of service providers that process data on our behalf (processors). We make agreements with them about the security and confidentiality of your data.

  • Vercel: website hosting.
  • Supabase: storage of form submissions.
  • Resend: sending e-mails, such as the confirmation of your request.
  • Google (Google Analytics): website statistics, only with your consent.
  • LinkedIn: conversion tracking and advertising, only with your consent, and processing of lead forms you fill in on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is itself responsible for part of this processing; see LinkedIn’s privacy policy.

Some of these parties are based in, or process data in, the United States. In that case we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Apart from this, we only share your data when the law requires us to.

6. How do we protect your data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised use. The website uses a secure connection (https), and only people who need your data for their work have access to it.

7. What are your rights?

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing, have the processing restricted and receive your data in a common file format. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time; for cookies, you do this through the cookie settings.

Send your request to info@aisaleslabs.com. We respond within one month. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to identify yourself.

8. Filing a complaint

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, please let us know first. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

9. Changes

We may update this privacy policy, for example when our services or the law change. The most recent version is always on this page.
